These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Becomee mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"), operated by Becomee ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Becomee. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The App is rated 18+ on the App Store and is not intended for minors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@becomee.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and immediately removes all associated data from our systems.
Becomee is designed for journaling, self-reflection, and exploring who you're becoming. The AI features in the App — including The Space, coaching prompts, and reflection synthesis — are intended to support personal reflection and self-exploration.
AI responses generated by Becomee are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. The App does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical support of any kind. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult a qualified professional.
Becomee is not a crisis intervention service. The AI is not trained or equipped to provide crisis support. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency or having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately:
While Becomee monitors for crisis signals and will direct you to these resources when detected, it cannot guarantee detection in every case. Do not rely on this App in an emergency.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suited to your specific circumstances. You should use your own judgement when acting on anything the App generates. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.
You own the content you write in Becomee — your journal entries, reflections, and The Space conversations. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the App's features on your behalf.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties. Your content is processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
None of the AI providers we use — Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4o), or Google (Gemini) — train their models on data submitted via their APIs by default. Your writing is never used to train AI models.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchases and are subject to Apple's terms. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device's subscription settings.
We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple's standard policies provide. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact support@becomee.ai.
All App software, design, branding, and non-user content are owned by Becomee or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI output is inherently probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Becomee and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Becomee operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
